How a room gets done

Check in
Scan the door sign or the room’s sticker. Evolution opens that room, so you are always working on the right one.
- 02
Work the tasks
Every room has its list: the TV, the access point, the set-top box. Prev and Next move you through the fields without hunting for the next one.
- 03
Scan, don’t type
Serial numbers and MAC addresses come straight off the barcode, with a photo of the label kept as proof. No transposed digits.
- 04
Photos and sync
Take the photos the job calls for. Everything is saved on the phone first and uploads when there is signal, so a dead zone never costs you work.
Every room at a glance
One color per room.
The floor plan fills in as the crew works. Anyone on the job can see which rooms are done, which are under way, and which have a problem waiting, without a phone call.
